Portrait- Peter Pakula
Here is a good pic of Peter Pakula at his workbench, circa 1994.
Although he may never have carved a lump of cedar in his life, he is certainly one of Australia's best known and most successful lure designers and manufacturers!
Arguably, Peter's huge international following may well elevate him to the position of 'most successful Aussie lure maker of all time'!
<click to enlarge> Also included is a photo taken a few years before at the Hawaiian International Billfish Tournament,
in which Peter is the least interesting of the subject matter!
<click to enlarge> C'mon now guys, I was referring to the skirt, not the skirt!
Magazine article to follow soon.
