If you look closely at the whole Hula series that came with a skirt, they are all XD's

Tony,
The spin Hula Diver (in green box) was basically a 1/8oz Jitterbug body with a small diving lip screwed on it...Arbogast were such tinkerers

All the skirted lures EXCEPT HULA POPPPERs had that arrow shaped dangly thing wwnk

that held the skirt.
The Hula Poppers of course had the intergral tail the skirt slipped over.
