Heddon Tiger
Heddon Tiger
Unfortunately not mine, this little beauty of a 1010 belongs to a mate - this one looks to be a fairly late model out of the Tiger's den

Re: Heddon Tiger
Heres a deep diving Tiger in purple see through pattern.
Love these and hard to find . . . really hard to find.
I think the Heddon 'Tiger' series was a very short run around 1975 for the originals

Re: Heddon Tiger
Ahhh, the old Heddon Tiger minnow. Could this be the most copied lure in the world?? The Scorpion would have to be the most copied lure in Australia, but I'm sure the Tiger minnow started something much bigger in the world of fishing lures.
Sadly, I only have one Tiger and I wish it was in the condition of those lures in this post. The old girl would have to be at least 25 years old and has done battle with a few fish and a rock or two - is the silastic repair job on the tail really that noticable?? I realised the Tiger was a treasure many, many years ago and has lived in the safety of the 'cardboard box', with my other treasures, for about 18-20 years.
She's not much to look at, but it's what's on the inside that counts. Oh, d-man, there isn't a bubble in the bib on my tiger.
