Do you have any photos of the Firetail jigs? I don't think I understand the " straightened mono" bit.

Brett,

The Predator is not one of mine however the tail is made from Fiiretail.
It looks really good in the light.
I have a fair bit of it so if you want any just let me know and I'll give it to you as I live in Woden.
I could even whip you up a couple this w/e if you supply the heads.

The fish can't keep their eyes off the Bumpa Bar

What's your weight limit on your gear.
We are only allowed 20kg including rods and it is always a struggle to fit enough gear in.

Yekcuts,

How was the trip?
You can't go to far away places in paradise and not give us a quick report.

Steve,
I just spent the best part of an hour typing out the highlights of the trip and then managed to wipe it somehow whilst trying to submit it!? -duh zippedsmilie crazysmilie cccc

I will just say it was the best trip I have ever been on and I will post some photos and rewrite the highlights in the near future.

We couldnt quite work out the best way to beat the whords of ravenous wahoo that kept taking our jigs; if we ran wire they just bit us off above it, if we used 180lb wind-ons they only lasted a couple of mins but it was the most exciting and expensive fishing I have ever done!!!

Stay tuned, a full report will follow....

Cheers
Brett
