diemai great video, I have a lure that I will eventually revamp, frog shape so the belly hook is a bit of a problem, can only try your idea out. Thanks for posting this up.

Cheers Tincan
You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.

@diemai . . .

Excellent video showing the steps to make these and agree that is about as small as you would want to go. Perfect clapclap

I actually have some small springs here that I will try that with to - a few old spinners used to use that system to lock down the hook with a spring and allow for a replacement hook in the future.

Good idea and the hanger never has to be replaced that way thumbsupsmilie

Thanks so much for your kind words , mates bowsmilie , .......would have loved to have myself filmed whilst working down the stuff straight with the tools in my hands , ...but I guess that I can't convince the missus to do the camera part , and , ......more important , ....I don't wanna spend the entire final week of my holiday cleaning up my workshop lol lol !

But all of your positive responses got me thinking 'bout making another vid showing that coil spring lock serving another lure purpose , ....guess I'm gonna do it somewhen during the coming days , ......right now I have other priorities .

Thanks again , fellas bowsmilie , ....greetz , Dieter howdy
