New Tica DuffMan rods

G'Day All

Just bought the "Duffman" 7ft 6 inch "long-cast". Nice rod, soft enough in the tip for "Finesse" work but with plenty of "Lock-up" further down the shaft. Feels very nice in the hand and should handle Bream as well as "Schoolies" quite comfortably with a "line cut" of 1-5 Kg.
To be honest, I can not fault the quality of the Rod and at just under $200 I reckon it is good value thumbsupsmilie

they are a big step up from Shimano Raiders, apparently the blank is a Hastings. Steve has built 2 rods for me in the past. He was happy to build one of these for me for $500. It was his suggestion that I buy the Tica Duffman as he felt it was as good for half the price.
