Just need to find an original Salt Water Blue and I;ll have the set. I've only ever seen one, and that was bought in New Caledonia by my sister in the late '60's early '70's for Dad. It hand stainless steel hardware. The Blue was rereleased later, post '76. There were three colours in three sizes made. This set was given to me by a very good friend.

Rob, they're a bit like women mate, the unused ones are rarer.

Nice set Dale, hows the bass in Big W, better than dancing with flathead ??? wwnk

Just as well only 4 colurs came downunder or you would have your work cut out. At last count I had identified these colours made...
Green cheek & spine Brown sides, Silver scale GV
Yellow body, Green spine, Silver scale J
Orange body, Brown spine, Silver scale O
Brown body Silver scale
Green body Black spine, yellow scale
Blue Silver scale

and by the way, seeing you have a Blue...what colour code is on the paperwork ???

Cheers Brad

There are no colour codes listed on the paper work Brad. The display box has faded where the size and colour codes were stamped, so nothing there either.

Brad I do remember there being variations on the Green Flopy. As far as I can recall it was a bit of a lucky dip which ones we received with the orders. I know there was one that Dad preferred, which is the one that took this fish. It was 72lb. I'm the shortest one in the photo.
