Hard to tell from the angle but I think the bib is deeper than it looks and has been in the lure before painting with some paint going up the side of the bib.

Still a worthy/handy addition to the collection just from the veiw that it is a copy and to see the slight differences from the original thumbsupsmilie

Alistair,
That's the way they were done, the bib is already placed in the mould when the poly foam is shot, When the lure comes out, they paint them then remove the paper from the bib, and give it a quick scrape with the back of the stanley knife around the edge of the bib.

Seen it done a close hand in the Strike Zone shed. thumbsupsmilie

you are correct - the pink one in the middle top of the first pic is the culprit zippedsmilie

they are a great looking lure, i have a few more still on the cardboard cards that are in the collection box.

i hope to find a few more to add to my collection. thumbsupsmilie

Your right Rob, A scampi is still not apart of the collection, the colour I am really chasing is the very dark green over orange rings and belly to hang beside my MC95 Cherax lol

Mate, I'll keep an eye out for you .... Bullrout has dibs over this one, he's using an 'upgrade ya Scampi option' to turn his into a brand spanking new one thumbsupsmilie lol lol
