I can only assume that the fella who called me all those years ago had 2 or more of the "Chop bone "lures and has put it on both ( or more of them ). This is only an assumption , not confirmed.

I have just relocated Rupes lure cabinet and lures to my place as he needs the room that they were displayed in for him 3rd child. Yes , more little ones for me to spoil !

Anyway , by the looks of the tubs full of lures ( all timber ) plus some others picked up lately , it will be more than a few days before I get them back on display. I know that there were some chop bones amongst the collection , so I will photograph these to compere with alberts and Jaz,s.

Just for a bit of fun........ I will hand carve any old RMG shape lure ( the winners choice ) for the first person to guess or tell me where the Chop-bone shape came from. For anybody who has made or designed any amount of lures , this should be an easy answer. But there is a time line for your answer....... it must be posted by midnight Friday this week . Its not that difficult , you lure makers out there should just have a good look around your workshop.
