Jas ,

You do your best thinking just before or when your sleeping....

Officially , your too late but your last answer is close... so I will honour the pledge and carve a lure for you. Let me know what your choice is ?

Answer...... Draftsmans Curves ( AKA....French Curves ).

Using a combination of any parts , lines and curves , in any varying lengths or area,s of these curves , external or internal from the Draftsmans curves , any shape known to man can be made. Obviously in the right hands of course.

As a lure maker , the curves were used to better perfect any hand drawn design . The Chop bone was straight from the middle of 1 of the Curves..... should be plain to see now. Infact it is not only straight from the curves , it is also the exact same size. You will be able to slip that particular curve straight over the profile of your Chop Bone , as I can with mine. Looking through the possibilities and the curves on the Draftsmans curves , you need little imagination to see many of the RMG shapes that were made over the years. As well as shapes from the Classic lure range , Warlock lures and even Cutting edge lures.
Guess there will be a rush on Draftsman Curves at News agents and the internet now. If not ....there should be !!
