After posting about my sucess decided to try them again today and got 5 legal beam on them nothing big. Biggest was 32 fork, but exciting fishing all the same

interesting how many anglers are trying them as a surface lure...
truth is that is what they where specifically designed for !!!
either by rigging them on the Squidgy resin head (also designed for surface and shallow subsurface presentations) or rigged on a worm or bent shank hook, along with the fat, flat bottomed body give the lure extra boyancy and create more surface tension alowing the tail (that is molded facing up) to flutter on the surface behind the lure...

i have only just got back into using them after a long absence, both for bream and especially for Bass & EP's..they are a killer lure and definatly one of the best for ANY surface presentation

To be honest I haven't tried them as anything but a surface lure.

Were can i get frostbite bugs,no one has them at all.
