Shakespeare PAD-LER Mouse . . . Pre Patent Wooden

Post by MXB » Wed Jul 08, 2009 7:23 pm

For all you Shakespeare Lure fans . . . . check this one out;

A very old Mouse . . . I love it and think it looks abit like a seal!! No idea of exact age but 40's/50's would probably be the ball park.

Anyone??

Excellent . . . . its the big one or maybe the mid sized . . . I always quote US$ on this sort of stuff

Paid less than AU$100 . . . Lucky boy

Cheers mate and I get what you are saying about the hooks . . . I have seen them and the hooks may have been changed during its lifetime. It has seen minor use

I found some more in various patterns including frog, black, red/white, and the olive green/grey ones;

Some of these still have original treble with elongated stinger hook;

Check them out thumbsupsmilie

Also notice one does not have belly marking . . . later model??

Here's a couple more that arrived recently. The red/white one is hard to find and this one looks hardly used with really shiny spinners.

Frog pattern isn't easy to find either;

The froggie one has the extended treble reversed

Shiny hardware with #2 spinners - these are the mid sized PAD-LER
