6-inch Barra King

Post by Marrakai » Sun Apr 26, 2009 10:28 pm

Picked up this rather fine specimen from the local second-hand shop for a coupla bucks last week- looks unused but slight storage scuffing. No sticker or penmanship under the bib unfortunately, but assume its a genuine 6-inch Barra King.

I've posted it because of the unusual colour-scheme- hadn't seen one like this before in any size.

The colours look even better in real life: its a nice pattern and will look good on display. No salt water for this baby!

Beginner or pro, doesent matter how good you are, fishings a gambling game. Put your lure in the right place at the right time and it will get smashed!

OK BK, you win! Nice toys.

BTW, does the relatively slender nose and arse-end on my 6-inch King (compared with the one in your photo) make it earlier or later manufacture?

Marrakai

Your Barra King lure is an ealier design than mine...Your lure is like you say, more slender with white eyes as the later ones have orange eyes and thicker front and back.Still a barra king...
