Seen a few of those Pakrats in the black and white colour kicking around for some reason, picked up a couple myself a few months back.

Laz, as far as popular opinion has it, it is an early Killalure 5" Barra Bait. Unless its an early Reidy's. No name on it only the bib and shape gives indication of heritage.

Looks like a Killalure to me.
The blue Snarl is a nice pick up. They split very easy along the back, yours looks like it's in good condition.
