Are JaySea still being made?

Post by Pecheur » Tue Dec 27, 2011 6:11 pm

Hi there,

Sorry if this sounds silly, and I want to make sure that this does not come across as rude, but are JaySea lures still being made?

I tried to look for some information about them, and did not find much...
I did find some links to some old threads on some fishing forum, where it says that around 2006 they were produced in the NT, and this got me a bit confused, as I did believe that they were from Queensland.

Any one has a bit more information on them?

Thanks in advance, and have a good day.

Thank you Bullrout22,

I will have to do more research here in the NT then, to know if they are still being made.

Have a good day,
Pecheur

Pech:
This is from Brad on another thread:

"Jaysea was originally made on the Sunshine Coast by Warren Nicholson. He sold the business in 1997 to Brett Choyce in Tewantin, who then sold to Daryl Goile in Winnellie NT and he sold it on to someone in Darwin, and from there they have disappeared from the radar.
The Patriot was one of Warrens later designs and was made only in poly foam from 1992 on (approx)."

I just emailed this info to Gav yesterday as I know he is interested in Territory makers for the 'big display'.
