Some of my Hueys Lures

Post by Fizza » Mon Oct 20, 2008 12:57 pm

Here are some of my Hueys Lures.

I have another box of them somewhere which i can't find including some early prototype Fizzers & a few one-offs.

Some of these below are one-offs also & as you can see i got tired of pulling them from cards.

Most of these lures are signed but a small few missed the pen as many were purchased in large sets.

There's 273 lures below with only a handful of doubles plus there's around 40-50 in the box I misplaced.

Sizes range from 1-1/2" up to 11"

These are the very 1st prototypes Carl made with a "H" impregnated into the belly & the only lures of this type made. {previously posted}

Adam,
I put it up for the boat & fishing gear plus there's a little bit of room to have a coldy if I clean it up.

Hi Guys,
I emailed Carl the other night to get names for some of the ones I have bought. But it looks like he is Oz's answer to Fred Arbogast...start with a shape then see how many variations you can make to it lol
Geez he makes some unique and wonderful shapes thumbsupsmilie

Fizza, I have a 50mm jointed shallow minnow I was told is a Hueys, but cant see it in those pics. Maybe I have one you don't lol

Brad
I know what I know, the rest is simply details

Brad,
I there's some in the plastic bags, if not in the box I put in a safe place and can't find AGAIN crazysmilie

I'll get around to pulling them out & lining them up like little soldiers as there's some ripper patterns & profiles. thumbsupsmilie howdy

I don't think Carl has actual names for many of his lures Brad, Just Huey's howdy shockedsmilie
