the paint doesn't seem to last long on the TT's, mine looked secondhand after one session

Hi Guys, Boys blackies up here in Port are suckers for blades,we are getting them frequently do not think its a freak catch as you will catch more,I know of a local angler who is fishing of a night and pinning blackfish dropping his blade around the pylons on our jettys so far his best session is six fish, definitely gets me -hmmthink cheers

I get Luderick out in front of Noosa on a semi sinking lure, I look for the fish on the rocks and then let a lure fall down in front of them. Best I've done is three from the same school, and I've caught them with tags in them from earlier trips.
Also caught YF Bream, Whiting, Queenfish, Dart, Tailor, Brown Trevally "better known as happy moments", Painted Sweetlip and Silver Sweep.

Nothing really surprises me with lure fishing.

A lure is only a lure afterall & fish don't know the difference between plastic, metal & timber luckily for us anglers.

Spinnerbaits, well they're another story, wierd things

Ahh yes, the happy moments.I was fishing in Hervey Bay a while ago and caught a few of these little bugga's.Didn't know what they were so I was careful unhooking them until one kicked at the wrong moment and I got spiked thubsdown .They are painful little fish!!Found out what they were later but still can't understand why they are called happy moments.
