Blades

I picked these up recently. Cotton cordell Gay blades (strange name -wowoh )
The smaller are estimated at 20 years old, the bigger i'm not sure.
They still make these lure but theyre slightly different these days.

Well i had a gay ol time this arvo, gave these a swim. Great action on them and the small yellow one looks great whilst swimming.
Just need to take those trebles off, as they're too big and a bream would turn them to spaghetti.

Thats the one I found years ago on the rocks somewhere. Didn't know what to do with it until a mate showed me the VX blades and I remember this one stashed away in the dusty boxes at the bottom of the garage.

Dug it out rigged it upside down by accident and it didn't do much at all. Was really disappointed. rigged it the right way when I realised my mistook and it had a more vigorous action than the VX. On about the3rd or 5th cast into a big deep hole on the Macleay some great big monster grabbed and took it to put it with the rest of his lure collection under a rock.

all gone.
